Filters don't fit fluoride filters
Fluoride filters have a universal opening to which these black filters are too big to fit.I would have been ahead to have bought one that came with the ones that fit the Fluoride ones.

Fair price but check to see if it's all there
I ordered this because of price and that it uses a popular filter. I did not receive the stand which I paid for. I was offered $10 but I wanted the stand so I waited and received the stand in a month.

I haven't tested the water in a lab, but I think it is working.
I think, that these kind of filters need a gasket in between the two water containers, between the top one and the bottom one with the water already filtered.

Where do I find the gravity to feed it?
Good machine but no local stores carry the gravity that I need to feed it.

I am unable to get a replacement cartridge!
I’ve been happy since February with this purchase. Then the screw broke connecting the water filter cartridge to the lower half of the filtration system. I’ve tried in vain to contact Amazon and to see if there’s some kind of replacement filter available. So far nothing. If I have to buy another filtration system I won’t be getting one with this company that’s for sure!
