HDMI Cable in Package is only 30Hz when on Two 4K TV's
The HDMI cable that came with this splitter would run one device at 60hz but if I had two plugged in it would only support 30hz for two 4k TV's. You will need to buy an extra HDMI cord to go from PC or HDMI device to the splitter itself if you are duplicating 4k displays.

It keeps flicking off once in a while
Not really good long term. It needs power kinda. Used it without the power plugged in, it worked fine for a while but started flickering, realized it needed power afterwards, plug power in, still does the same thing... either I broke it because it needed power or this thing is just garbage... kind of dumb it needs a whole usb-c to power it up, not to even power it on since it just powers on either way, just extra wires for no reason.

Worked perfectly for my complicated setup
My monitor setup is complicated. I have three on my sim racing rig and two on my desk, and I run both sets at different times. I wanted to add a fourth to my sim rig, for a total of six monitors with only four HDMI/DP outputs from my PC. While not ideal, this allowed me to add the sixth monitor by mirroring one of the two on my desk. If you are in a similar situation and just need to mirror a display, this is perfect.

Works as expected. Optional USB-C power, but not needed for simple use cases
Out of the box works great. Output to 6 foot and 10 foot HDMI cables serving both without degradation.There were slight differences, however, one was to a TV and the other a computer monitor. Adjustment on either could have made them pretty much identical, but was fine with no pixelation or artifacting.
