Still snore
I have a super mild form of sleep apnea that all i need is to bring my jaw forward a little i stop snoring. This mouth piece did not do that. Only thing its good for is maybe if you grind your teeth. Spend the little extra money and get a higher quality one that you can adjust.

Don’t waste your money
The two sides of the mouthpiece are shaped differently but there are no instructions that note what is supposed to be the top or the bottom. I submitted a question which was never answered and to make matters worse when I tried to return it Amazon says this item is not returnable. Don’t waste your money, look elsewhere.

Product doesn't work at all it's impossible to keep it in your mouth. And when you fallow all instruction ,after .....you can return it.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Can’t even return the item, it didn’t even mold correctly to my husband’s teeth. Waste of money!
