It’s really amazing for oil, black and whiteheads. I have oily skin so used this with a toner and I could actually see the oil and dirt coming out. don;t buy. it is just a soft vibrating tool. there is nothing ultrasonic about it. the red/blue lights are for show only. i am not at all satisfied. also the product is unreturnable so buy only if you are sure you have change to spare
