This is everything I hoped it would be! It holds plenty, it's adjustable, it's comfortable, and looks great! I like my carry on to hold enough that if I have to spend an unexpected night in a hotel because of a flight delay, I have everything I need! I want a change of clothes, a sweater or jacket, or room to store them if the weather changes. All my personal hygiene items and a washcloth and towel in case of an emergency airport cleanup. This bag has more than enough room without feeling like I'm carrying a whole duffel bag. I walk with a cane and sometimes its difficult to pull along and control a rolling carry on, so I use a backpack... and this one is just what I wanted.

Very lightweight with lots of storage. I read a lot of reviews on the and I find the quality of the product to be very well made. Airlines are cracking down on carryon with wheels and this is a great replacement. It has no internal supports which I like, it expands or compresses to fit in any overhead bin. It comes with mesh packing cubes and a lock. For what it costs it is a great deal and I am very happy with it.

Love love love love love this bag! It has so much room, so many pockets! I had packed a cube of clothing, three pairs of shoes, iPad, toiletries, curling iron, chargers, hair dryer, etc! It is considered a personal item on the airplane and fit under my airplane seat no problem! It’s super comfortable to carry and is durable and a quality bag! It also came with some organizers!

PRO: It looks nice and has a lot of compartments, and it is comfortable.CON: The quality is not so great. It cannot handle a heavy load or a lot of packing. This the first time I've used this bag, and I tore the inside already. It may have been my fault, but I don't think I was being too rough. Zipper quality is so so. The picture is a bit deceiving as it does not hold the same form.Overall, I got the value of my money's worth.

Fantastic travel backpack! Has tons of storage and pockets yet easily accessable. Also doubles as a carryon suitcase, The bonus of the packing cubes was so nice! Love it! Plan on gifting several of these as they are also reasonably priced and durable.

Very spacious !

I order this bag for a trip that I am currently on. This is the first time using it since I purchased it. The bag still has plenty of room and is not overstuffed. This seam for the zipper has ripped and now I am worried this bag will not make it through my 8 day trip.Update: I was offered a replacement or a refund. I appreciate that they resolved my issue.
