I have researched a lot in this topic on which bench to buy to workout at home. So I am confident that this is one of the most sturdy and premium quality bench that I came across in amazon.Pros :The build quality is really good and the bench doesn't wobble under any workout. The sitting position is very comfortable for me ( I'm 5'10 ) and the padding in the seat is also very nicely doneCons: You are forced to unscrew the both everytime you want to change the angle of the bench and this part looks fragile. The seat is made of plywood and is attached to main frame with only a couple of screws (frame is strong metal btw). Also declined chest press is slightly uncomfortable if you are tall.Verdict : All the cons can be balanced by slight modification in the workout. I am pretty sure in the price range of under 6.5k , this is definitely the best you can get. So I personally enjoy this for home workouts.

Got it @ 6.2K.. and it doesn't worth more than that..Stable, well finished as it found made in CNC machine.Issue feels with seats' padding it's of plastic packing foam inside.. and seats base is of thin wooden ply which attached with two screws. A little wider seats..Solve the purpose of routine home workout..And surely this is the best available on Amazon in dis price range.. maximum 7K one should pay for this product..

Iron and paint Quality is top notch. Seat is wide and comfortable. Bought it for ease of storage but had doubts on the strength but it is super sturdy and about 200kg strong. Searched for a long time and analysed multiple products but nothing comes close in this price range. Looks slim in pictures but it will surprise in person.

Totally disappointed with the bench.You can only use this bench as a flat bench. To set the bench in incline and decline position, every time you have to change the bolt and if you don't tight the nut bolt correct there is chance of accident that happened with me as well. So I am using this bench as a flat bench only.

Possibly I could have given 5 star for this product. But I am giving only 1. Because just a small manufacturing defect making product useless. I unpacked and thrown all packages so not able to return now. One missing hole in one compnent making this product complete waste even though the product build quality is good. If the seller of this product sees this review, please contact me.

Excellent packaging. Easy to assemble with proper assembly manual. No extra gadgets or tools required for assembly. Assembled it myself.Have been using it since 4 months. It's sturdy and comfortable at the same time. Tried and tested 100kg (bodyweight 75kg + 25kg dumbbells). Excellent addition to any home gym.
