Q: Can you replace the wheels?

This is junk... Base broke after three months.. Welded it and it broke again in 2 months.

Q: Does this chair have a locking adjustment lever on both sides of the upper back of the chair like pictured in the 360 view?

Yes, the gaming chair has a locking adjustment lever on both sides. You can use it to adjust the backrest easily.

Q: does the entire chair with the seat tilt back independantly of the seat back tilting thanks?

Yes you can when you pull the tilt bar release, and have the chair leaning back and it will tilt back.

Q: Where are the charging ports?

There isn't any. Also, this chair lasted us less than 6 months. The weld that holds the base to the chair broke in about 3 months. I had it welded and it broke again a month later.. Look elsewhere.
