My fiancee and I have been taking these 1 Body probiotics for almost 3 weeks now. I bought this brand because my fiancee was just on massive doses of anitbiotics and we are trying to build his immune system back up. I choose this brand because they had all of the strains of good bacteria that I was looking for and in a much stronger dose than the brand that I was previously taking. We are both taking 1 capsule a day, I feel good and my fiancee is feeling much better as the antibiotics he was on gave him a constant state of heartburn and diarrhea.

This is not any ordinary probiotic. The strains of bacteria are very specific and well-chosen. There are lots of studies on the functions of these strains.

I was suffering from extreme bloating from IBS from what I thought were good foods for me. I had a food sensitivity test done and was told that out of 4 of the beneficial strains they looked for in my system, I only had one. I searched for hours online looking for a probiotic that included the missing strains and found 1 Body. I began eliminating the foods that triggered my body to react and saw some relief. A few days later I received my 1 Body probiotics. Within the first 24-48 hours of first taking it I notice a considerable amount of activity within my gut. Within the first week I started having normal bowel movements again and even noticed that my skin felt smoother. Now 2 weeks in my skin appears to have lost a red hue that I didn't realize I had before and my bloating is almost gone! I have already recommended 1 Body to several friends and family who I know suffer from gut issues. It will definitely continue to be party of my daily "take care of me" routine from now on.

The pills are easy to swallow and seem to be working. They did initially upset my stomach but it is sorting itself out. The company stands behind their product fully and even offers an additional bottle for free after your first purchase. After I've had more time to evaluate long term use of this product I will update my review.*update* After about 10 days I started feeling like the capsules were sticking on the way down. I drink 16+ Oz of water after swallowing these but sometimes still feel like It hasn't gone down all the way. Aside from that they are still working well.

I have been taking prebiotics for a few months now for my own benefit as well as my daughter's (who is breastfed). I stopped taking those to test out this product, and so far so good! I only take one at night - my stomach feels good, and everything is moving the way it's supposed to. :-) I really like that this supplement comes with prebiotics (which my other did not, so I had to take it with meals). At this point, I would definitely recommend this supplement. Good price for good quality!

I've tried so many probiotics and I've never had any benefit from them. I've never once noticed a single improvement in my health even if I take them for a long time. A close friend of mine though, even I saw the difference! She felt so much better, her skin was even clearer and she was just a lot happier overall. So for her sake I gave this a 5 star rating because I did see it work really well, just... not for me, apparently. I guess my body doesn't need probiotics.

The product is great, really amazed at how fast it starts working. Problem was the shipping. I bought the two pack and only one was delivered. Took a few google searches to get a resolution and Amazon said they would ship the correct order. And I got just one bottle again. I got what I ordered eventually but was quite a hassle.
