Not perfect, but satisfactory
A couple of the buttons on the remote for my Sony TV-- the ones that I use most often-- stopped working reliably, and eventually the power button stopped working altogether, so I purchased this replacement. It looks nearly identical to the original but does not have the Sony brand name on it.It arrived quickly and all of the buttons work again. A couple of them seem "sticky" and I'm not sure how long they'll last, but for the price I'm satisfied.

Why didn't I think to look for this sooner?
Our original remote stopped changing channels ages ago. And under normal circumstances, you would think, well, just get up and change the channel. But after having 2 foot surgeries and a knee replacement, I really wish I had this remote when I was recovering from those. It works perfect. I was surprised at how reasonable it cost. Very happy I bought this. The hubs has stopped talking about buying an expensive new TV!

Works fine
This replacement remote feels a little lighter weight ("plasticky") than the original, but it works perfectly and that's what matters most.

its stopped working from far away
It worked great initially however it's stopped working from far away. It only functions now if you hold it right up to the TVs inferred reciever... like you literally have to hold it 3-4 inches away from the TV in order for it work. I'm obviously disappointed

Works Perfectly
Right out of the box, inserted batteries and worked. No setup involved. Almost exactly like the original, not as heavy, cheaper plastic. But, it works!!! Was so glad to be able to find something since one of the buttons on the original had failed.

Worked perfectly !
All buttons worked as they should , didn't have to program at all, just add batteries and it worked right out of the box .

Doesn't work well
The buttons don't always work. When I want to change input (e.g., HDMI-1 to HDMI-2) I have to press input the up and down input selector arrows many times to get them to move. Very annoying and will have to replace this item again.
