Q: when i try to pair woth my blinds the led flashes red. i have tried changing the batter and has not changed anything. how can i fix this?

Please let us know which LED is flashing red to be able to advise further. One thing to consider is that sometimes the motor has to be connected to the charger to pair it correctly. Please get in touch with us directly if you still have this problem and we'll try and help further. Kind Regards

Hi, This switch is indoor only.

Q: How many channels/blinds can this control at one time?

Hi Emily, You can control either one device or one group of devices (you can add multiple devices to the same channel but you can only operate them all at once). If you need individual device controls - there is a Smoove 4 version allowing you to individually operate up to 4 devices or 4 groups of devices. Hope this helps.

Great addition to my garage, no longer have carry the remote fob.

Looks good, fits ok

Looks nice on the wall and mounts easily within its frame. Only issue is it doesn't appear to be completely flush due to the way the beauty cover attaches with very small plastic alignment tabs. Could have been designed to sit closer I think.
