Q: This model is much noisier than my old one and does not work as well. Is this just the one I have or has anyone else noticed the same thing?

This is the 3rd model I have owned and it is the worst one. Not noticed the noise but the sweeper is very flimsy and the handle keeps coming off. I was going to contact the seller to complain.

Rubbish .

Sure it’s light and easy to manoeuvre and clean but it hardly picks up , some things need numerous passes and then you give up and use your fingers . The battery life is awful .

This was an ideal gift for an elderly relative hovers are to heavy for them but were very impressed by this light easy to use store away no problems

Waste of time. Have old Ewbank carpet sweeper which does job far better.

Had to return. Neat little cleaner but dosent pick up my cat hairs which was main reason for buying . Wouldn't clean house on full charge .Feels very flimsey

i was very pleased with it,did not think that it would work as well as it did, i've got 2 dogs and it picks up their hair with no problem, easy to use and very light, ideal for older people.
