DELLA 12,000 BTU 230V - 25 SEER Ductless Mini-Split Inverter 16' Installation Kit AHRI Certified Air Conditioner w/Heat Pump

I installed in a 240sq ft sunroom....the outside temp was 90. I set the unit on 75 which kept the sunroom very cool. There are 24 windows in the room with curtains which we pull over the Windows were the sun comes shining in and heating up the room. We also open the sliding glass door to the 200 sqft den and the Della kept this room cool also. I had a a/c tech vacuum the lines which he charged me $80. This was well worth it, since it would of cost me over $150+time to purchase the epuipment. With cooler weather coming I'll see how the heating system works. I'm really pleased with this.purchase. I live around Tupelo, Ms, and it gets hot here. Forgot to mention that this unit also had an ionizer built in.

Superformance so quiet I can't even hear it run standing next to it will update to let you know how energy-efficient it is

I would have gave a 5 star...but package was missing part of the seal kit...other than that I love the unit will update after I get my next electric bill on how energy efficient it is.would buy unit again

Already saved about $100 on my electric bill. Heats and cools quickly and is super quiet.

The product is alright, it seam cheaply made and the instructions are written by a 5 year old and seam to be a really bad English translation of a overseas language. You get what you pay for. For the price it is getting 4 stars but may look for a better item next time.

Installation is straightforward. Worked great. Super efficient !
