Handwriting Without Tears Slate Manipulative

I like these, but they feel like they've been painted with chalkboard paint, rather than made from slate. They're a nice size though and better than many kids chalkboards

Great slate and system to help your little one practice writing. My three children are all terrible with their handwriting. This is a great board that makes practice accurate and I am using it with my 5 year old now. The shape and guidelines are helping her learn to write better. I wish it came with the book of how to write. Kind of a waste to sell this separately as you need to book to see how they employ this little chalk board to teach the correct way to write letters.

This is the second time I have used this chalkboard along with the Handwriting Without Tears workbook. My 4 year old kindergarten homeschooler is able to write her letters neatly and easily. It makes using the workbook much easier after she has practiced the letters on the chalkboard.

It's a fine little chalkboard. I think maybe one from the dollar store would have suited us just as well, but this does what it claims. Children write on it. It hasn't broken.

Well made! Great for little hands my three year old and my five year old enjoy using this to practice their handwriting.

Fantastic in conjunction with the chalk and the HWT app. This Slate is perfect since the wooden frame helps to keep the size of the letters inside.

Arrived with a broken frame. Returned immediately.

The product was too heavy, so had to return this back.
