Worked as expected, used just about over 1/8 for one gallon, and it worked perfectly well!Better instructions for those that are making a gallon or two would be good ! Otherwise 5 stars !

Siento que estas pastas dejan el queso muy duro las usé todas pero no me gustó como queda el queso queda muy duro
