We got it with a coupon so my expectations were low for something so inexpensive. Wow was i surprised. This is pretty great. It way higher quality than I was expecting too. I haven’t even used the shock feature (other than on my self to know it works). Just the vibrate feature had an immediate effect. Our puppy is a good girl and I got this to curb her from chasing our chickens. Put it on and used it to get her to stop harassing the cat almost instantly. We’ve only had it one day but the results are already worth the price of purchase. Wow thinking about getting a second for my teenage son now. Maybe it will work to train him to do the dishes and pick up after himself. 😉. In all seriousness. It’s a great value and works as described.

Took out of the package, read instructions thoroughly. We charged both collar and remote. Turned both on, following instructions of the manual. I am a nurdy kind of person so we made sure everything is going the way it's supposed to! In instructions it says device comes already paired from factory yet for us nothing happened when we tried to test any of the functions. So then we tested with the light testing tool that comes with the set and the light on it never came on which means the collar simply does not work! Then in the manual it gives instructions how to pair device so we tried that too, as we assumed maybe our remote and collar were somehow not paired. So we did that and still nothing! Collar will not beep, or vibrate or the static - it simply worthless. Though its turning on (according to instructions its on when green light blinks which it does). I think we got a faulty product from factory. Ready to show the device via video-call to the seller who maybe able to guide us and fix this, or at least issue a refund or send the replacement.I contacted the seller via the email they list, lets see if they are as committed as they say. Will update my review shortlyUPDATE: the seller requested to make a video of pairing the device and how its not working, which i did. Then full refund was issue to me, which i appreciate. Thus i had adjusted the rating to reflect customer service.

I like simplicity of this dog training collar. It fits my dog well. I only use it for the beep noise because my dog knows that the beep means business. It does not come with piece that plugs in to the wall so you need charger piece that it plugs in to. I prefer the old fashion charger that plugs into the wall without any extras. I am satisfied with what I get from this training collar. The charge does last a very long time (like weeks) and it charged very fast when I charged it. It is worth it for the price.

This has got to be a joke. First off, if someone orders this it's for immediate use, I would assume. Was for me. I charged it anyway. My dog literally goes every single place I go. There's zero fencing to the yards of a neighborhood i just moved to. This thing working was my last grip on hope that something would work before she went to straight up obedience refresher courses. Then it happened. I heard the distinct sound my dogs feet make right before they leave the ground! I look up and she's gone! Her country bumpkin butt done seen a squirrel and the world around her ceased to exist! I panicked, fumbled to check every pocket only to catch the remote attatched to my wrist. I started pressing and hollering and nothing. Not even a slowdown! Gone! Either it died on her neck or the highest level of static shock doesn't even phase her. Considering she's that dog you hear about and afraid of her own shadow, Im gonna say it died. Either way its going back. Maybe it'll work for you. It certainly didn't on mine. She's home now. After an introduction to the neighbirs, an anonymous call to the police and I've only been here 6 days.

This collar is decently priced , works just like it states in the description, and it holds a charge wonderfully. What I love about this collar is that you don't have to turn on the collar and remote separately, the collar comes on once you hit the button on the remote. I would definitely recommend this collar.

I had to replace first unit because not all modes worked properly. I received second unit and all the modes are working properly and its great except when remote has to be shaken as if to wake up the remote before it begins to work again. Aside from that the charge of both collar and remote last a long time and each mode is sufficient.

For my beagle a 3000 foot range would have been better. Still a very good product.

Este es un magnífico producto, no está hecho para maltrato ni es un juguete, cuida de no perder la confianza de tu mascota, en mi caso primero lo probé en mi y lo puse con una graduación media, solo una vez usé el modo de choque y fue suficiente para que posteriormente solo requiriera vibrar, es muy importante no usarlo en perros bravos podrías desatar una respuesta agresiva en grande, a mi me sirvió para evitar que salté encima de las personas ya que mi perro es grande y también ubicarlo en un lugar cuándo tengo visitas, ahora puede estar a mi lado siempre incluso cuando organizo alguna reunión sin que cause molestias. Después de una semana guardé el collar y espero no tener que usarlo más..... 100% recomendable

Our 2 year old head strung pup reacts well to this collar, I usually only need to get her attention by showing her any remote to obey. My only complaint is I thought that it had included a no bark mode but now I need to search for a remote which is usually too late, it would go above & beyond if it had that feature. The battery on this collar is exceptional lasting 3 weeks, other training collars only lasted 3 days.
