Great help!
I sprained my ankle. It came super fast and is well made. It supports my ankle very well while still leaving some flexibility. The best part is that I can still fit it in my shoe and it feels nice. I heard good things about this brand and this is no exception. I recommend it for injury or prevention!

Not enough foot support
I disliked this product because it doesn’t cover the foot enough! I need support under the arch and ball of the foot also!

Had an ankle sprain which hurt for a couple weeks and limited my movement. This heel support helped stablize my footing and allow for a normal walking posture.Good product! Good service! LOVE shopping on Amazon!

Not useful for intense workouts when worn with shoes
I bought this as I was having pain in my ankles during workouts(Jillian Michaels videos). I wore these braces and socks inside my shoes. After a few jumping jacks, I had to stop the workout as my feet felt like the blood supply cut off, and got very hot. It provided compression as said in description but that’s not ideal for intense workouts.

It's comfortable and provids the support I needed. Its extremely supportive without being too tight. Also fits well in my work boots and running shoes. Keeps my feet dry and odor free. The inner fabric gives me a smooth and soft touch feel. It grabs my foot perfectly and I dont need to put a sock on when jogging.
