No more shoulder pain
I've had shoulder pain for several years from side sleeping. It was getting to the point where it was very uncomfortable to sleep. I had heard of the benefits of various green lipped mussel products and gave it a try. After a month my shoulder pain was almost entirely gone. But the product I was using was very expensive. I tried this product to see if it would also help and it did just as well at a fraction of the price! It's really amazing.

Do You have joint pain? Have you heard of Green Lipped Mussell from New Zealand?
I have bad knees. I was told by an orthopedic surgeon specialist that both of my knees need to be replaced, as they are both down bone on bone. I was advised to go as long as I could and to lose some weight and then come back and schedule for the surgery. That was over two years ago! Now I am not healed by any means! I wear a brace on each knee, and I have been a faithful advocate of Green Lipped Mussel from New Zealand ever since I heard about it. I told my medical doctor about it, and he took a picture of the bottle with his cell phone. This brand is the best and the most reasonable price I have found. These are rated at 750 mg per capsule for a daily dosage. Omega XL dosage is 300mg and you are supposed to take two capsules daily. For a whole lot more money! Compare for yourself. Good Luck!

Has not relieved all the pain but it is better. Makes it more tolerable. Has gone from a 7-8 to a 5. When I got my first bottle, I didn't think it worked at all, so I didn't reorder. Boy was I wrong. After a week not taking them, I realized that my pain had been relieved some what.

Green lipped mussel extract in capsules from New Zealand
Just got my Horbaach brand freeze dried green lipped mussel 750mg 120 capsules. Before I used Omega XL. I wanted to try something more potent, one serving per day & this cost $9.99 which is way cheaper than omega xl. There’s definitely a shellfish smell to it.

Results still uncertain
Tbh I'm not really sure if they're helping. I have aches and pains all over, mostly back and knees. It did seem to be helping at first but now I feel like I've got more aches and pains in joints and places I usually don't. Like my hands and upper arms. Maybe I need to give it more time. It's only been about 2 weeks. I'll update once I've taken them a while longer.

I'm just about to go through my first bottle. My sister told me about Green Lipped Mussel helping her and I read some reports about people adding it to their other joint sups with a good effect. So, I did the same adding it to my joint sups of glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and hyuralonic acid and the results have been good. "Try it, You'll like it!"

Not the quality I thought I was getting
Don’t waste your money on this product. After using this for some time now I decided to research the ingredients in this capsule. Rice powder is a filler used to make up for the low of the amount of the green lipped mussels. So essentially you are not getting 750 mg of green lipped mussels per capsule as stated on the back. I’ve moved on to a different green lipped mussel product.
