The ST9400C Programmer will work with any of the following wireless thermostats: Y87RF Single Zone, HCW80, DT92E. Please note that the above does not refer to a direct binding of the programmer to any of the thermostats. Q: Is there a mobile app that yiu can use to control the T3R?

No. There is not a Mobile app. There is a receiver unit on a stand which we keep in the front room

Q: is the blue backlight permantly on or only when buttons are pressed
