Used to take similar item to another brand but the stopped making it and I find this to be a great replacement. Like that they are capsules and you can take smaller amounts more frequently. No upset stomach and great mineral suppliments.

you need to take 4....
Keep in mind the dosage is weak although that may be what you want. Also you need to take 4 pills a day to get this weak dosage. Ideally you can break this up during the day so you are taking 2 twice a day or however you want to do it. This may increase your chances of absorption.

Good, well-rounded, multi-mineral.
I was looking for a good, all-around, daily, multi-mineral & Solaray Mega Multi Mineral (No Iron,) has been a good addition to my diet. Do note that it's suggested 4 capsules a day, so plan accordingly. If you're a woman past 50, there's no need for extra iron, so this was exactly what I was looking for.
