At the moment i am giving this product a review of 1 star. I have had the Xbox for maybe 2 weeks and it started to kick me out of games, it wouldn't load everything on the screen, it would tell me that my game data didn't sync and to reboot. Multiple issues list goes on... I am right now doing a factory reset. If this doesn't work, I am contacting the seller and demanding a full refund. I bought this as a (renewed) product, something I don't do and for good reason... Having to deal with issues like this!!! Not a happy guy right. You spend $300 on a product to only have a headache. Ridiculous to charge that much anyways for a renewed product. What sold me on it was the word (Enhanced) Xbox OneX... Ya enhanced pos...lol... I hope this reboot works... If it does or doesn't i will make sure to update my review and either change to positive stars or, well there is no changing below a 1 star but if this doesn't fix it, trust me I would give this negative stars if I could.Continuous & multiple issues... Have to Factory Reset for a 3rd time. Definitely sending this Xbox OneX back. Grrrrrrrr.... Not a happy guy & just trying to watch the new Star Wars movie on Disney+ with my boys as I promised... Nope... Gah... Never buying Renewed again. Such a headache.5/19/20I returned the Xbox just a few days ago and am currently waiting on my refund. The Xbox becane useless & it wouldn't allow me past an error screen with a code. When i looked the code up, it said I had to updat the Xbox via Thumbdrive by going to the Microsoft website then insterting that Thumbdrive into the Xbox & go through a multiple step process just to hopefully get it to fire up. Na, I'm good. At the moment I was completely over it. I hope others who have bought renewed fare better than I did. This will more than likley be the last time I buy a renewed anything. I doubt I will buy renewed again after that experience.

Finally, I was able to find a decent price Xbox one that the person selling it, wasn't scamming me. Last time I tried to buy an Xbox like this on Amazon. The person totally scammed me but this person selling this particular item I just bought. Did a great job. Thanks

I received the Xbox One X pretty quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. It came in a relatively small box, with four thin styrofoam corner cushions. That's it. No padding, no bubble wrap. It was in an anti-static bag, however. When I pulled it out of the bag, I noticed that there were a couple of scratches on the top of the console, and that the top cover was loose. I hooked it up in the same way that I hooked up my Xbox One S that it was replacing. I put the enclosed batteries in the controller that came with the unit. It turned on, but no picture. I double checked my inputs on the TV, and swapped HDMI ports. Nothing. I swapped HDMI cables with known good cables. Nothing. I tried another TV. Nothing. I tried two other, known good, Xbox consoles and used their cables as well as the cable provided, on both TVs. They all worked. The unit shipped to me has a defective HDMI to TV port. Poor QA and packaging on the part of this vendor. I returned the unit last week, and have not seen a refund yet. Not too happy with this purchase to say the least.

I have two issues that I will address. I’ve never really written a review but I felt I had to for this. First I would like to say this. I have a sort of the OG Xbox one console in white and I started having some personal preference issues such as turning on randomly and slow loading and gaming times. It works great though. But I thought it was time to upgrade so I looked into the one x. Price wise it was a lot so I came across renewed. Long story short I did my research and bought one SOULY FOR THE CONSOLE. HOWEVER there are two main issues with my purchase. Number one is the controller. I understand it’s “used” but the controller I received is trashed. Sticks are down to the plastic, buttons barely work, it’s disgusting in terms of like gunk on it and I’m not happy. And secondly shipping could have been a lot better. I simply received it in a box and the console wrapped in bubble wrap. Could have easily been thrown around and broken but luckily it wasn’t. Overall the console I received was in decent condition better than I expected and so far I have had 0 issues. Came with hdmi and power cable which look brand new. Overall I’m fairly happy but just keep in mind… there USED
