I was a little apprehensive about purchasing this product when I read people talking about having to strain it after boiling and the packet also saying the same but I took a chance and it paid off.I dont know what the people that wrote the instructions or the people talking about straining here have smoked but this tea is indeed Instant.I just boiled some water in an electric kettle added it to 1 tbsp tea premix and voila instant Elaichi Flavoured tea!I'm glad amazon exists because such products become so readily available to the masses!Buy without worry, its wonderful tea and packaged very neatly!

This premix has a fantastic taste if you like masala chai. The flavor is far better than some of the more wellknown brands that I have had. If you like masala chai, the flavor is perfect. The only negative is that it is a bit sweeter than usual. If you put a little less quantity, the flavor remains the same and the tea becomes less sweeter, but then it becomes more watery / thinner. But, this is to be expected. The only way these premixes become cheaper is by having more sugar, because sugar is far more cheaper than dairy whitener. Was it not for this minor problem, I would have rated the product 5 star. But, nevertheless, overall the product is value for money and has excellent taste. I would definitely buy it again.

The product has not reached its expiry yet but the packet I opened is gone bad, the milk solids have become dense and tastes bad. The quality this time has been poor and it's a waste of money.

I have been ordering this product frequently for my office .. every liked it .. but this time we refilled the machine and to our suprise the tea was tasting like ginger concentrate and bitter it was like drinking ginger juice no tea flavour ... Please check the batch I am attaching the photo of the material received

Best premix of adrak cardmom tea. The mix dissoves almost instantly in hot water.The taste suits indian palate. Its strong, milky and sweet with flavour of cardamom and ginger. What more can a chai addict ask for ?Not for "connoisseurs" of tea who are fussy over their tea "blends".

We have been ordering this product since a year and the taste is good... But new improved taste is horrible... Too much adrak you have put.. Totally undrinkable

Surprisingly this is actually a mixed powder which only requires only hot water for a cup of hot tea. No straining required and the taste is good enough for people who want a cup of tea whenever you feel like it.

Packages are broken and damaged. Hence, we would like to return the items. Pls refund the money and arrange to collect the damaged products from us immediately
