Amazing blade, gratefully knife honestly they should charge more
My first fillet knife and still my favorite even though I have gotten other versions for the price, the quality is amazing. I’ve had this blade for over 20 years. I used it as a culinary professional/chef and although I have gotten other blades i keep this at home as my personal go to!!

Good size shape, hard to sharpen back to original.
Good knife shape/size to process deer carcass until it got dull cutting meat from bone. I wish it stayed sharp longer. A steel sharpener rod, helped but it never got back to its new sharpness. Disappointing.
