I’ve been taking these apple cider vinegar gummies for a while now, and overall, I’m pretty happy with them. The biggest plus is that they don’t have the harsh, sour taste that liquid apple cider vinegar has, making them way easier and more pleasant to take daily.The gummies have a nice tangy flavor with a slight sweetness, and they’re chewy without being too sticky. I take them mainly to support digestion and boost my energy levels, and I have noticed some improvement. my digestion feels smoother, and I’ve had fewer bloating days. Good price. And it just has a little smell nothing crazy, also helped me lose some weight

My kids eat these like candy, I’m not sure that these have the same affect as having a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar each day, but they are a hit!

I've known about the alleged benefits of ACV for a while. But not being sure if it was worth it, didn't want to swallow the real stuff on a regular basis. Then I got served an ad on IG that made me curious. I hopped over here and saw many similar products, but this one had the best reviews. And I do think it's aiding in weight loss.After COVID quarantine I was heavier than I'd ever been. And now being in my late 30s, the extra weight has been coming off verrrrry slowly. I had about 10 lbs. left. And it just was sticking. I started taking these and noticed right away I was peeing more than usual, so getting rid of extra water. I've also noticed that I'm not as hungry and am eating less. I've never been an over eater per se, but when you need to lose weight, it's all about calorie deficit, so being able to eat less is helpful.I don't weigh myself and instead rely on how my clothes fit/how I look. I've noticed over the last month that my appearance in the mirror has changed. And while I have more weight to lose (still!) it's coming off without any big changes to my routine. I live in Brooklyn, and walk about 10 miles per week, just as part of my commute. So I do get exercise. But no big gym sessions.If you need a boost, this could help. I'm going to keep taking these and see how it goes!

To be honest i cannot say if this product actually works because I was not being as consistent as I should with it. like i would take it 2 days straight and then skipped a day because I forgot, then take it the other day etc. So i was not consistent with taking it daily. However, for the days that I took it, I really didn't see any detoxifying potential with it. Also did not see any weight loss. the taste was good though. no issues with that. i plan to try again though and take it daily to see if there is any difference.

After trying other ACV brands I came back to Havasu and set up automatic shipments. Those shipments are very dependable and have been received on a monthly basis like clockwork. I am very happy to report that I am a one-hundred percent happy customer.

I didn't really know what to expect. I don't care for apple cider vinegar and have avoided it because of stomach issues. That being said, I decided to try these and I am glad I did! I have been working hard to lose weight and get in better health. It seems every five pounds I lose lately, my weight sticks there for days to a week and it is frustrating. I have had bad bouts of sciatica this year, and just got a second steroid injection in my spine like two days before I started taking these. I had gained 5 pounds from the shot. I have been taking these 4 days now and have lost the 5 pounds I had gained and another 2 pounds on top of that, in four days! I can't be positive it is all the gummies. I am eating 1,500-1,800 calories a day. My husband decided he wants to try them now since I have had a burst in weight loss since I got them. I've had good results, but can't guarantee that you will.

I really enjoyed taking this product over the last 10 days or so, but I had some issues with the texture of the gummy that will likely cause me not to get these again or choose another brand. These gummies are very soft and it feels like they had been out in the sun all day before consuming. They are very squishy compared to most other ACV gummies I have had or supplement gummies I have had. The product has a grainy and unpleasant texture that was hard for me to eat two of every day. Additionally, you are not really shown the gummies in the product photos other than the glimpse of them that you get on top of the label. These gummies are not glossy and are almost matte and opaque in red/mauve-like color.I did however think that the taste of the product is great. it is not overpowering at all and tasted like candy in a way. My goal with these gummies was not to lose weight, but to try to help with digestion. I did have some improvement with digestion, and I did actually lose 2 pounds since starting, too! I have not noticed any differences in my skin complexion (still have acne) and it didn't seem to help with my energy that I have noticed yet.Overall, I would recommend this product as long as you don't mind a very soft gummy. I may be picky, but I will likely use other brands because I feel a bit sensitive to some textures.
