Feature-Rich Amp with Stellar Customer Service – Highly Recommended!
I recently purchased the A01 Pro Class-D Amplifier, and I couldn’t be more impressed! This compact powerhouse completely exceeded my expectations in every way.First off, the price is unbeatable for the feature set you get. The ability to select the midrange, along with the dedicated subwoofer-out, really sets this unit apart from the competition. Setup was a breeze – super intuitive and hassle-free.What really blew me away is the performance. I hooked it up to a pair of 20-year-old Philips boombox speakers and an active subwoofer from my old home theater system. The sound? Absolutely PHENOMENAL. This little amp rattles the windows! It's hard to believe so much clean power is coming from such a small, compact unit. The Bluetooth compatibility is also spot-on. Fast pairing, stable connection, and no lag or dropouts – everything just works seamlessly. Now, let me talk about the customer service, which deserves a standing ovation. I had a small issue with the DC adapter and reached out via email. Sandy from customer support got back to me almost immediately and had a replacement part shipped out within 2 days for free. That kind of prompt, thoughtful service is rare these days and made a huge difference in my experience. All in all, I’m a very happy customer. This A01 Pro amp is a tiny titan of audio power, and I’m amazed at the value it delivers. If you're on the fence – just go for it. You won’t regret it.- Product Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- Customer Service Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So Far It's Working Great
I've had a broadcast engineer's license since 1974. (Yup, old guy.) I've bought and built a lot of audio gear, some audiophile quality and broadcast standard. I've also bought highly reputed and expensive audio equipment that didn't merit their high cost. This amplifier was purchased to reduce footprint size and, hopefully, amplify TV sound pretty well. It works very well for that purpose. Bear in mind that this amplifier has no digital toslink input and most newer TVs do not have RCA analog audio out, but may have the ability to transmit via Bluetooth to the amplifier. My 4k 60" TV does not have Bluetooth capability. Fortunately, I had a Digital to Analog Audio Converter, see:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FCKQPGT?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1from the converter, I fed the amplifier and all works great.

Not terrible, but a bit muddy in the mids
I was looking for a replacement of a Yamaha Natural Sound receiver that is stereo and heard these were very good...well, this isn't the worse amp I have ever had, but the mids are very muddy. They are lost between the highs and lows, don't have any mid punch like the Yamaha does. It isn't bad and doesn't sound bad when listening at low volumes, but when you turn it up a bit it loses the mids almost all together. I have tried adjusting the controls and the mid control seems to be almost out of phase or something. The more you add, the more the mids disappear. It is frustrating, but not terrible with low volume. I will probably keep it, but look for something more high end for my system.

Perfect for my garage.
I have a fairly nice mix of SMSL and Topping components driving a newer pair of Elac speakers in my office, but wanted to put my old Polk speakers to use in my garage. Not looking for an audiophile setup, but something where AptX is good enough, and where I don't need to dedicate space to a full receiver. This little guy totally exceeded my expectations. About the size of a paperback book or two, it fits wherever I want (right now, on top of a cabinet) and manages not to get super hot wherever I place it. Bluetooth pairing is simple, and it maintains a strong signal well outside my garage. When I flip the switch to Bluetooth, it connects fast every time.As far as sound quality goes, zero complaints here. I love the simple bass / mid / treble controls. They have really great resistance to really dial your sound in without worrying about bumps messing up your sound, and they're dead simple to use. The volume steps really well, too.If this had cost more than MSRP, I wouldn't have felt like I overpaid. But when this goes on sale (and that's often) it's an absolute bargain.
