A very interesting slime making kit from Science4you which kept my granddaughter entertained.
This is a very good value slime making kit ... it contains everything required (apart for some basic stuff that you'll probably have at home anyway) for 10 glow in the dark slime making activities. The items supplied include ...** Straws** Pipettes** Wooden spatulas** Colourings** Fish mould** Gloves** Small measuring cup with lid** Large measuring cup** Guar gym** Gelatine** Cornflour** Straws** Rubber band** Ball mould** Plastic spatula** InstructionsThe instructions are quite easy to follow, however, I couldn't get all of the experiments to work. The ones that did work included ... the sticky fish (fascinating), slime worms (these were great fun). There's a lot in this kit and in my opinion it's well worth buying ... my five year old granddaughter and myself had so much fun.Recommended.

Fun and creative set
Comes well packaged in a colourful cardboard box, with it showing on the front and the back, what you are getting and what you can experiment with and create. Inside you get a vast amount of kit to make an assortment of glow in the dark slimes, including straws, pipettes and spatulas even. Slightly misleading, its described as having a 72 page educational book, although it is in 6 languages, so really it only has a fraction of that in english. You can literally open the box and get started straight away. None of the experiments need any extra items to create, the only additions are simple items like mixing bowls, water and the use of a microwave and fridge. The ingredients, colouring and powders are all packaged well, ensuring they dont split or spill in the box. The instruction manual shows you all the experiments and even has lots of little interesting facts to help you understand and expand your knowledge. Clear to read and understand, step by step, simple to create. Very hands on set. Aimed at children aged 8+. Perfect to encourage children to be interested in science, experiments and learn what's going on. Really interesting and fun slime to make. Well thought out and put together. Good quality and something to help children learn aswell as having fun along the way. Would even make a lovely gift.

Fun but expensive
We have tried lots of these slime kits. This one is easy to use, with good results - you can make glow-in-the-dark slime and a bouncy ball, amongst other things. However, it is also quite expensive compared to other similar kits.
