Good quality and good for skin

Been using this consistently for 10days now and I can see visible difference. The sun spots have faded and lightened. I also agree with everyone regarding the smell it has. But this treatment cream is not for everyone. Since the product came in a package of 2, I shared it with my cousin. I have oily skin and she has sensitive, dry skin. After 2days of use, she stopped because it caused itchiness and redness all over the applied area. So it’s quite opposite to mine. However I do follow a good skincare routine so I squeezed this between my regime and added a layer more for extra hydration. Hence I believe the result depends on skin type and skincare routine. Will come back after a month of application.

This cream contains steroids that are very dangerous for your skin. I used this cream for one month and then felt irritation on my face. I spoke with a dermatologist, and the doctor asked what I was using on my face. I showed him this cream, and he said it is very dangerous because it contains steroids.

I feel like this doesn't do anything.

The product is quite effective. I have a lot of pigmentation on my skin and living in Dubai, it had darkened significantly. I was looking for tretinoin-based cream and was hesitant initially but ever since I started more than a year ago, I have never stopped using it.The cream is quite potent and may cause redness if you are not used to applying something similar. I suggest that you give some time in between applications once you notice a difference to allow the skin to heal.Also, most importantly, those suffering from pigmentation must use SPF 70+ to avoid any further darkening of the pigmentation marks. I use Banana Boat's Sports sunscreen that has SPF100 which not only protects my skin from the sun, but it also prevents it from washing off due to sweating.
