Q: I have an idea for a diy project by putting crushed glass on a table i would use modge podge to stick on would this glass work for diy?

It will definitely work for DIY but I would recommend to use epoxy resin , it will create barrier and gonna look amazing

Yes, this can be used in both propane and natural gas fire pits. I'm not sure how you mean with your question about reusable. The glass is decorative and intended to be used for years in gas fire pits. There is no combustable materials in the glass, all flames are from the gas burning. With propane you may get some soot deposits over time, this is easily cleaned either by leaving exposed to rain or by rinsing with a 50/50 water/vinegar mixture.

There is approximately 200 cubic inches in each 10 lb. jar. Indoor fireplaces vary in size, so there isn't a single answer. If you Google "Celestial Fire Glass Calculator" you'll find a helpful calculator to determine how much you need. Just enter the dimensions and depth and it'll let you know how much you need. Once you do determine how much you need I recommend you purchase less than what's calculated because depending on how you place the glass you may be able to get by with less fire glass.
