Q: Should we use dishwashing soap or Tide powder?

There is no precision given on the container. But I use the dishwasher soap and when I am ready to reuse it, I soak it a few minutes in hot water with baking soda and rinse several times .

Q: how many uses per bag ?

You can get several uses from one bag. I've used one at least 20 times. I wash out in the sink & hang dry.

Q: Should i consider this bag over 200 micron bags for oat milk and oat yogurt?

I’ve been very successful with mine for this purpose.

Q: Is this better than cheese cloth?

Much better! It is much easier to clean than cheese cloth and it dries much quicker.
