I had a nosebleed above my nose bone so I couldn’t put pressure on it. It bled off and on for 3 days. I had this happen before and the emergency room Doc put a tampon up my nose. I have had nosebleeds for several years and have gone through cauterization; however, the issue is not yet resolved. I have tried many products, the plastic nose clamps, and cotton inserts. Totally worth it.Initially, I thought it looked strange. The product is rigid and thin. Though, once you put it in, it can greatly expand and can absorb better than any product I've seen. I don't pretend to know how the clotting agent works. But, I can attest that it does very effectively.

A miracle for nosebleeds. My son gets pretty bad ones from time to time, and these work like a charm. We even keep an extra pack in his car. I only gave it four stars because they are pretty expensive, and I wish they came in a larger pack.

This product was very helpful as advertised. The package arrived quickly and upon using, they were successful in stopping my husband's nosebleed. They are small and easy to carry to have on hand for a sudden nosebleed. We were definitely impressed and would recommend them.

Can I give 10 stars? These are incredible! My son gets horrific nosebleeds. He’s been cauterized a number of times already. We have never found anything that works great and that isn’t super messy when one hits. Until these! Could not recommend these enough!

These are great. My kids play water Polo and there always seems to be a bloody nose involved. It stops the bleeding right away and they are back in the pool. Typically 5 minutes max from bleeding to back in the game. I keep one in my purse at all times and our team first aide kit always have them as well.

My son gets frequent nose bleeds. We just tried them this past week twice and they worked great !!!! Quickly stopped the nose bleed and a lot less toilet paper or Kleenex.

This product did work pretty well, I had to repeat the application two or three times to finally resolve a nosebleed, but it did eventually work.
