The review for food lovers
Ok, I get it that food and drink reviews will vary widely bc tastes vary widely. I will try to help. If you like things like sweet & sour, tangy, sweet BBQ with a bite, then you will like this. If you like Arnold Palmer tea, you might like this. But if you like just sweet tea and only sweet tea, then you definitely won’t like this. I drink this at lunch and pair it with both a sweet thing (piece of fruit) and a savory thing (nuts, a veggie). This drink is a perfect pairing with just about anything, but you need to be a flexible eater. It has really improved my lunches!

Good protein drinks
Hands down the best protein drink! I am not a fan of the milk products and this is a great substitute. I constantly order these drink every two weeks. I noticed an increase in my weight which was my goal. They taste pretty good it’s no bad aftertaste.

FLAVORFUL AND YUMMY
These were a lifesaver when my uncle was battling cancer. This was his favorite flavor and just another only thing he could handle there at the end.

Good by itself but also blends well with powered mixes.

Great for weight gain
I used Boost to gain some weight before and after surgery. I really liked the flavor and it added some much needed calories. The drawbacks are that the protein at 9g is fairly low. It also has a ton of sugar at 68% of your daily value. The sugar is probably why it’s delicious. It does have good added vitamins like C, A, Thiamin, B12 etc.

Fruit-juice texture
This is a good change from the milk-based shakes. This is like a fruit juice. I can't tell you about the taste because my mom uses them and she doesn't have taste or smell anymore.

Do NOT smell it
Pretty much tastes like orange jello that melted down, about that texture too, so the flavor isn't bad. But whatever you do, DO NOT smell it!!! Especially if your nose dictates whether you can make yourself ingest something. Got about 3 sips in myself, will donate the rest to a food bank.
