I've been a long time user of 'reusable' tampon applicators before they were a thing, using the plastic applicator multiple times just cleaning it. So when these softer silicone style ones came out I was really happy to see, but they were so expensive just a couple of year ago and when I did buy my last one it was so thick it was unbearable to use...But now we're here, with Lil-lets and they've done us proud ladies. This is perfect. It's super easy to use, just pull the end over and you can slide your tampon in and the string out of the small notch, close it up and it's ready to go with the plunger as you'd normally use them.Clean up is super simple as well, just a quick rinse in water and it's good to store to dry, then it's good to go again.Really happy to see the price though, and the size is spot on, it's the same size as a regular tampon with the applicator.As a bonus it has extra grip around the end so you maintain good grip while pushing it in.You also get a little draw string bag to keep it all in.Really nice product, super happy with it.

Excellent! I’m very happy with this. I specifically purchased as I wanted to reduce my plastic consumption. I’d never used this brand before, but I’m very happy with the quality, price and brand values.

There wasn’t a lot of information available on this in regards to using with other brands of tampon. However this works! You do NOT need to use lil lets other brands are compatible that are cheaper. I’m super happy with this and may get one to keep in my handbag.

I have always used the Lilets that come with an applicator. When I heard they were being discontinued I was upset as I love lilet tampons but hate the idea of using them without one. Then I learned of this reusable applicator. It's a great idea in concept, and it's allowed me to continue to use lilet tampons, but I am still not convinced the practicality is quite there. First of all, the applicator itself is quite big and I feel it quite uncomfortable to insert sometimes. It scratches a bit on the way in. Secondly, having to wash it after use.....Great if your at home, not so great if at work or in a restaurant or using a public toilet. Having to find somewhere to put the applicator after you've used it and are pulling your jeans back up is quite challenging as you don't want to put it down anywhere, especially if your not in your home toilet. Then having to wash the thing in shared or communiql hand basins with work colleagues or other diners standing next you. It's just a bit embarrassing. Maybe they need to bring out some wipes to use with it so you can wipe it clean whilst still in the cubicle and put it back in your bag without anyone knowing. Just a thought.

This was a really great purchase. I read the reviews and thought it was worth a try. Best buy I did lately! So practical and easy to use. My issue was with tampons being wasted due to not being inserted properly and with this, no more such issue. Recommend!

So I bought this a couple of days just before starting my period as some of applicatiors you get with tampon never work properly either they don't come out or when they do don't go up as they should or there too flimsy so this llittle tool is perfect and not just for teens but for all ages with periods definitely highly recommend

This product has far exceeded my expectations, and I can’t believe it took me so long to realise it exists. It’s not just infinitely better for the environment than all the disposable tampon plastic applicators, but it’s actually nicer to use too. It’s more comfortable, less “spiky” and works like a dream. It also means buying tampons is cheaper, storing them is easier, carrying them with you takes up less room. Could not be happier. I will be telling all my friends!

This is a really nice idea, and I was hoping to use it to reduce my plastic waste, but it’s simply unusable. The applicator is painful to insert and doesn’t go in smoothly as the exit for the tampon is too large (the actual applicator size is fine) and the prongs that the tampon comes through are rigid and painful, not allowing for easy use at all.Complete waste of money and not fit for purpose
