I am one of those people who can not take pills and have to take vitamins in liquid form. This product taste great, and does not leave any bad after taste. My cardiologist recommended I specifically take this after I had my quadruple heart surgery back in 2016. When I could not find the vitamin in a chewable format, I resorted to liquid and have not looked back since. A medical condition requires me to take liquid medication or supplements when possible.Liquid multivitamins are just yucky.There’s really no way around it.I’m giving this five stars because it’s a quality product that tastes better than most.If you can take a pill, chewable, or gummy vitamin I would suggest it.

Actually I didn't find the taste all that bad. Has an orange flavor and is easy to swallow. I'm not sure of any health advantage yet for have only been using it for less than a week. I hope it helps my aching legs after exercising, I'm thinking the vitamin B might help. I cannot take a regular pill because of stomach upset so was happy to find a liquid form that doesn't bother me. Also hoping it gives me a little more energy. I'm 82 and quite active. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm not sure of any results yet.
