ItIt definitely works! It took about 8-10 hours for this to kick into full throttle for me.I used 2 tea bags per 12 oz because that’s how I would make my regular tea. (But you didn’t get that from me, follow the instructions, lol)And idk if it’s related, but every time I drank this tea, I felt very drowsy. So it’s a perfect time to spend a day or two on the couch cozied inside for movies and poopies! Some stomach cramps occurred and gas, but nothing crazy or painful. All in all, it did the job, gently and tastefully.

I can honestly say this product works. Don’t hesitate on getting it!! I’m always very skeptical I have had problems throughout my life after waiting over 5 days I began to get scared hopefully no intestinal blockage from a fall I had by the grace of God and these herbs works very well…thank you!!

The flavor for me was smooth I thought it was going to be horrible. No cramping its a calming experience so far. I recommend this product. I am using it for preprep for colon cleansing

Make sure you drink this either on a day that you have no plans or around midday because it will get ya! Definitely helps with bloating 😬
