I actually got this for boob tape. Don't do what I did. This stuff is really strong. It does not want to let go for at least two days. Excellent for kinesiology tape! Got a bad knee? Tape it up. Wrist feels funny? Tape that up, too. You'll get two full days of relief. And when you're ready to take it off, simply hop in the shower and with a little effort, you can peel it off fairly painlessly. If there is any tough spots you can use baby oil or rubbing alcohol to help. At least that's what I did. I like that the tape is black. It says that the tape is copper infused, I can't attest to that. It does work great, as well as the K.T. tape works. And for the price, well, no brainer. I'll buy this from now on.

I love this tape and the stick! The pain relief is also pretty good when used at the start of recovery for 3 days. I recommend applying after showering, so that all the oils are removed from your skin and it sticks very well.

Love this tape! I developed a very painful tendonitis in my elbow and entire forearm that is taking awhile to heal. Fortunately, my neighbor gave me a few strips to try. I was so impressed, I ordered 2 rolls for myself. I like the support it gives and the fact that it is truly waterproof.

Great adhesiveness to the tape that easily removes with a little alcohol, however it does seem to fray quicker than other brands on the edges

I accidently forgot to remove it from my knees after working out with weights and then going for a swim. It stayed comfortably in place, providing support, in the pool and the gym floor.

This kinetic tape did not meet my expectations. I was hoping it would significantly reduce or eliminate the pain in my left leg within a few days, but unfortunately, the pain is still there. While there has been a slight improvement, it’s far from the results I was expecting. So, I’m not sure if I will buy it again.

Very strong tape, my husband used this and it stayed on for a week long with working out and in the pool. Defiantly waterproof.

I like this tape it helps me with all my soreness I have from working 8 hours in a factory making car parts. It is way cheaper than the name band & works better than the name band too
