Brunswick Wild Caught Skinless and Boneless Sardines, Served in Olive Oil, 4.4 Ounce (Pack of 12)

The cans came in a nice box and they were easy to open. I am 74 years old and I had not tasted sardines in 50 years. I wanted to eat more healthy so I tried these. I will tell you the truth! They are fabulous. I mashed them with a fork and left all the oil. I added garlic salt, pepper, paprika and parsley flakes. I ate this on crackers and it was so good! I will always order this if the price does not go up!

You can read all the other reviews, but I wanted to share a couple of things. First, I've been eating these daily for at least 6 months. Right out of the can. Olive oil and all.So, with that I was wondering if it would affect my overall cholesterol, and if so, how? And what about mercury?I had my annual physical. My cholesterol is down 40 points from a year ago. Was it due to the sardines? I can't say for sure, but it seems so. Secondly, my mercury was <5 of whatever measurement they use. This is well within the normal range.

Best sardines on the market and I stand by that.

Usually I purchase seasons sardines. Familiar and get accustomed to the flavor profile. These were pretty good, slightly less salt notes which is fine.

Best canned fish i have purchased. Tin is full of fish (not juice) and quality and flavor is surpurb. Will be buying more.

These sardines are delicious; just spicy enough. I'll definitely be ordering these again soon.

I found these sardines to be mushy and overly pungent, so I did not care for them; not the worst, but not the best.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition, great flavor!
