Dear Amazon Team,I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I have had regarding a defective product I purchased (LC Light). Despite multiple requests, the return process has not been completed even after more than a week. Additionally, the return has been canceled twice.This level of service is not what I expected from Amazon. I would recommend ensuring that future product returns are handled more efficiently.

Can’t claim my warranty, give some resolution
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this lcr 500r and used only 2-3 time but now it is not working. I can’t claim my warranty beacause this has no impoter tag with him.

Poor product not to specification
Battery did not work and I had to return it. And Amazon has made return so difficult that I would not recommend to buy expensive products from Amazon
