Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place Makeup SPF 10 2C3 - Fresco 30 ml

I got the estee lauder double wear much cheaper than anywhere else so it was excellent value. Double wear is in my opinion the best foundation for full coverage, longevity and with a massive range of shades it is easy to get a great colour match - I wear tawny in the winter. Although double wear provides excellent coverage and lasts all day, i wouldn't use it if your skin is dry as it comes out patchy. It's important to blend it well as soon as it goes on. I know a lot of people say it has buildable coverage but I find that it is best to put more on at the start as I've tried doing layers but again I found this method left my skin a patchy colour. Brilliant foundation that stays put and at an excellent price.

I’ve been using this foundation for over eight years and still reach for it every single day. The shade range is outstanding, especially if you have cool undertones. I use 1C1 Cool Bone, and it’s the only foundation I’ve found that doesn’t go pink, red, or peachy on my skin. It doesn’t oxidize much at all and settles into a beautifully fair shade with soft, cool undertones that genuinely looks like my own skin.It lasts all day, I apply it at 7 a.m., go to the office, walk around the city, and by 8 p.m., it still looks great. I don’t even set it with powder, and I rarely feel the need to touch up, even around the t-zone.The consistency is perfect, fluid enough to spread easily, but it sets well and gives you enough time to blend. I usually apply it with a brush first to spread it out, then use a damp beauty blender to press it in, works beautifully either way. I don’t even need under-eye concealer with this, the coverage is that good.I have very sensitive skin and this formula has never caused any irritation, breakouts, or dryness. It’s not greasy, not drying, just balanced and reliable. I’ve tried many foundations over the years, but nothing else compares to this one.

Fabulous quality, stays on all day , full coverage, exact colour I needed , brought a lot of foundations over the years getting older now have a few wrinkles this doesn’t settle in them , love it will be buying more good value

A great product. Arrived quickly. Goes on a dream as a medium buildable coverage and lightly does it. Less is more and it is easy to do with a soft foundation brush, just place a very small amount on the brush and off you go. Small veiled layers applied is better than one thick one spread about. A very natural flawless finish that stays put. I have only one small gripe and that is that this shade- Ivory nude (which I always use in this foundation) seems to be lighter than it was before. I know my skin hasn't changed as my other brands shades are just fine on me . Perhaps its just this bottled batch !

makeup does not slide, i have oily skin and this is perfect , stays on all day

The colour sent was not ivory beige 3N1 although that's what it says on the bottle. It was a much fairer colour and very runny. I am not happy with this product at all ! I tried to return, but there is a no return policy. Very dissapointing. Its worth paying a little more to get the genuine product. The correct colour is on the left of the photo Beware !

It is safe to use on all skin types. Great coverage from a small bottle
