Been using this product for years, its hands down the best kosher salt in my opinion. I cook every day at home and this lasts me around 6 months.The texture is perfect for picking up in clumps, allowing control and the "feel" to how much salt you're adding - allowing for more ability with cooking.

We could pretend that it has changed the way we taste our food, well not the way but the actual flavour......Nope not done that.But the whole experience of buying this salt, arrived in the carton that does need to be contained in a sealed bag to avoid moisture building up, is all part of the "salt experience".No additives or anti caking agents, just pop a dried pea or 3 in your salt shaker to help it from not caking into lumps due to moisture, and all is good.Yes., it is flavoursome when added to prepared dishes.......it is salt after all..!Being pure 100% salt I use this also for saline rinses that I have done for years, mixed with bicarbonate of soda. Being pure salt it is very much recommended for that use. You can't use salt that has additives within in for that purpose.Decent enough price, just protect it from extra moisture by placing the carton within a sealed bag.Recommended.

If like me you watch american cooking videos on YouTube, almost all of the presenters suggest using Natural Kosher Salt as seasoning prior to cooking or at the cooking stage.Wanting to experience what is seen on YouTube, i decided to purchase a box of the Diamond verity. I have to say, and i've been using it for a good while now, the saltiness value of this salt is very mind compared to my go-to salt of Maldon. The fact that the salt isn't as salty as the malden verity allows me to flavour the dishes differently and incrementally. This is an added bonus from what I can see and understand.I have also used the Natural Kosher Salt to dry brine steaks, and pork chops; the salt completes the reaction of drawing out excess moisture from the meat without making the dish excessively salty once cooked.Have to say, based on my experiences so far, I'm a fan and now used Natural Kosher Salt for pre-cook and seasons through the cooking process and Maldon Sea Salt as a finishing salt or salt used for garnish.

Arrived fast. I won't use any other salt anymore as diamond kosher salt really enhanced flavours rather than being an assault of saltiness.

Brilliant salt for dry brining. It also gives you more room for error in everyday use. It's also nice to pick up, and satisfying to sprinkle.I think the box could be improved. The way it can suddenly shift around means pouring it can make a small mess, if you aren't careful.
