Easy to fit although the plastic grommet broke, but it did not affect the installation. Easy to fit, very secure and I like you can take the seat off to clean beneath

I was a bit afraid ordering this one as my toilet is quite old. It fits perfectly. Instructions easy to read. I fitted it in 5 minutes or less. I like the slow close feature fact I can remove with one click to clean the desk. It is sturdy too. Very happy with this purchase.

I was fortunate enough to see this at half price, so it was a great bargain.The shape isn't quite as elongated as my last one but it looks fine.It's well made of sturdy materials and the soft close works well.VERY easy to remove and refit for cleaning.Fitment was easy but you need to adjust it to suit which takes a little time.Only, very slight, criticism is that the fitment area of the design could benefit from slightly tighter tolerances so that there's less lateral slack.... but I'm comparing it to my last Screwfix soft-close which was twice the price....years ago!I'm 1.93m tall with a weight to match, so you could say that it's passed its load test too!! :)

Easy to fitted or take off for cleaning and tighter up if needed good quality and comfortable soft closed I would have recommended this one and a every good price too

I’ve always had standard toilet seats but wanted to try the quick release to make my life easier when cleaning.The plus with this seat is you get 2 way fittings. Either fitted from the top or fitted from underneath. As I have an old fashioned ceramic toilet the chances of fitting from the top was slim as holes fairly small so decided to try this seat. Did have to fit, as I thought, from the bottom, but was straightforward and easy to doSeat lifts away like a dream and so far seems nice and sturdy with no annoying movementWould recommend!!

Arrived today and was fitted within ten mins. The instructions are straight forward and so much better using top fixings. The slow close works great as does the quick release system and I paid just under £14 for it so excellent value. I highly recommend this product.

Just one problem which I have decided to live with. The lid lifts up without any problems, however the seat does not stay in its lifted position until it is carefully helped with another light push. Has once slowly started to close when not told to. Is there any way of adjusting this error?

This was by far the easiest toilet seat to install, there was no trying to fix it from underneath. It took all of 5 minutes if that and only putting the fixings on without the seat attached also helped. Removing the seat is so easy even my 10yo can do it and the soft close lid has stopped the lid being left up because no one wants to make noise at night. All in all one of the best toilet seats I've had.
