Wouldn’t recommend
I believe this caused water retention and swelling in my hands. Stopped taking after first few days of use. Waited a week before trying again and same problem after first day. The hand swelling was most noticeable. Could not wear rings l wear daily and that has never happened before.

Phytoceramide Supplement good for beauty , Ceramides are naturally present in the skin and lock in moisture to help promote skin hydration took one capsule daily but I m not sure , this supplement doing any thing or don't will take more long to show any resultsSofar no result. not any irritation or side effects I am feeling while rake this supplement
