Needed that lightup keyboard! Having windows 11 is a BLESSING. The internal speaker sucks lthough.

Perfect PC, works like a charm. Has exceeded expectations so far!

The computer works fine, but it is not as advertised: the screen is 12 inches not 14, and the keyboard is not backlt.

I'm a woman in my mid-50's. I do not like electronic change. My last computer died, was dying. I first got an HP. I think our router knew it was different. It would connect, then 3-4-5-10 minutes later it would disconnect from the internet. I returned it and decided on this one. It's the SAME as my old dying (dead) one, Acer Aspire 5. BUT....I have more RAM and storage.It's so much faster! There are some differences and I am adapting.I use it for spreadsheets and word documents, Internet surfing, bills, some games and things like that. Camera? The picture quality SUCKS! I don't care as I don't video chat or take 'selfies'. I did one to try on glasses and hair styles.Honestly, this is a good computer for students and for people like me, simple!

I just got it up and running. It was a smooth transition from my other computer. It has 16 GB of RAM and has 1 TB of storage. The sound is sufficiently loud. Typing is great! The only negative is that the keys are not backlit as advertised. Otherwise, so far so good. If this is the only drawback, I'll keep it but why the false advertising? Update: There is an F4 function button that turns on the backlit keys. I will now give a 5 rating.

This laptop has two drives, the primary drive is a 118 Gb C Drive. What you won't find anywhere in the description is that the secondary drive, the D Drive is the one that has 1 Tb of space. I returned this laptop because I didn't want two drives to deal with. Another lesser issue was the keyboard which has no separate number keys to the right, not a huge issue, but I'm so used to using the separte numbers key pad on previous laptops & PCs that I found this annoying. I suppose the lack of the number keypad is due to the 14 inch size.

La computadora es buena para su precio. Sin embargo, no especifican en la descripcion del producto que, en realidad tiene dos discos duros, es decir, el tradicional Disco C es de solo 118 GB y el disco D es que de 1TB. Lo cual al principio genera dificultad con el almacenamiento de informacion. Por lo que tienes que reconfigurar la computadora para usar Disco D como si fuera Disco C. Adicionalmente, esta computadora tiene un fuerte sonido del ventilador interno que molesta sobre todo en horas noturnas. Por lo cual concluyo, que apesar de no cumplir al principio mis expectativas de almacenamiento, es muy versatil para su precio, lo cual es una situacion manejable y torelable si no tienes mucho presupuestos y quieres una maquina moderna.
