Good Beginner Kit with Some Drawbacks
This DIY candle-making kit is a solid choice for beginners and kids. As a novice myself, I found the kit useful, but I was disappointed that the boxes and labels prominently feature the company’s name, which meant I couldn’t use my own labels. I would have much preferred blank labels and boxes. Additionally, the wax heater is quite slow, and there’s a discrepancy between its temperature readings and my thermometer. I would have rated it 4 stars if not for the branding and heater issues. The tin candle holders are good quality, with no complaints there. If you can overlook the labels and the slow, inaccurate heater, it's worth considering; otherwise, you might want to keep looking.

I was very skeptical about buying this, but I am so glad I did, it works so perfect and the scents are amazing...I will say as a 1st time maker I didn't realize that the colors to dye your candles are very bright so only use like a sliver of the block.
