Works great, seems durable
I bought this because my old hand held unit just wasn't up to the task anymore. So the app (android) is good, no complaints. The tool itself is nice especially with the mirror attachment! I was able to confirm a 2 cylinder "small " engine failure by looking into the cylinders and taking pictures. The variable light was awesome! I sort of wished it didn't show what it did, but it gave me a clear picture of an unwanted answer! The cable itself had a good amount of twist i could do to it, more than long enough. Seems oil and chemical resistant. Believe me I was not nice to it. The variable light was excellent!. The mirror attachment was also great! It let me look at the valves easily. I still easily saw vertical scoring and was.able to easily take pictures of the lubrication failure inside the motor.Great tool, but gave me an unwanted answer.

Great product for the price.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product was rated very well by others. It's very easy to set up with your phone and works beautifully. I've used it for many jobs around the house including working on the ar and looking behind walls in my basement.

Perfect solution for seeing into hidden areas
Exactly what I needed to inspect my fuel/vent lines in my new to me boat. So easy and helpful. Simply downloaded the app, connected to phone and able to feed through both lines all the way into the fuel tank!Highly recommend this tool for anyone needing to see into confined spaces.

Handy tool for my repair
I bought this to make a repair on the underside of the top of my acoustic guitar, which is literally impossible to see through the sound hole and I didn’t feel like working with mirrors so I decided to give this a shot before heading to a luthier for an expensive repair. The fiber optic wire is rigid enough to be able to bend into a position without it moving, which came in handy once it came time to navigate my pipette of wood glue around underneath to apply it. The light is decently bright but works best a couple inches away from a subject. Even just a bit further than that will make the image dim even with the light on full brightness. I think the light could be brighter. As far as image quality, it’s also decent. It’s not 4K or anything but for the applications most people will be using this for, I don’t think it needs to be. It served well enough for me to make my repair. I know the image I included is difficult to make out what you’re looking at unless you’re familiar with an acoustic guitar. I included it more so you can see the image resolution. I did not find the iOS app to be buggy or glitchy like some people did l. It worked flawlessly the entire time I had it open to do the repair. For the money, it eliminated a lot of headache of working blindly so its money well spent.

Great scope to see beyond
This scope is amazing. Used it to see inside an outdoor spigot to retrieve displaced part and down drain pipes. Easy to use, camera delivers a clear picture on your own phone. Light is bright to see in dark places. Appears durable as we have put in galvanized and plastic pipes. So worth the money.

Decent, but should've got the 2 lens version
Ordered the single lens version. Tried it out. Returned it the same day.The product was good.I like that the tips screw on.It was semi rigid enough to be able to hold it's shape fairly well. The camera was decent quality. What I didn't like:The rigidity didn't hold up great over 18" or so horizontally. Probably not much they could do about this, but it droops pretty hard. The camera really doesn't have great range if you're trying to find something that you'd need this for. I tried it out in the flex duct on one of my hvac registers. With the space in the duct it really has a hard time even telling where it was.Why did I opt to return it?Simply put, I should've ordered the 2 lens version. Or perhaps a version that has an articulating head. Sure, either of those is going to cost more. But the single lens version doesn't seem terribly useful.

Amazing little device
Every so often I find myself looking for something, especially in odd places. Sometimes under the couch, other times wanting to see the back of my desktop case. Never did I think of an endoscope. It sure does make it easy now. Setup was simple - I downloaded the suggested app, opened it up, plugged in the endoscope (USB-C) it connected right away - I pushed a button and it took a picture. This unit is much better than one I tried about 7 yrs. I actually threw it out while packing to move. This one I'll keep! It was great price, and the cable length is quite long. I wonder if I need it that long.

Good picture quality
We have a toddler that likes to flush things down toilets…. This worked great to help visualize the drain to make sure that we had not missed any toys or blocks. The picture is very clear when out in the open/using natural light. It is of course a bit more difficult to see when submerged in dark drains but the picture was still better than a handheld one we had borrowed from a friend. The price was also incredibly good for the quality of picture. We had no problems maneuvering it about 4-5 feet. The cable is plenty long for our needs. Can’t speak to the durability of it yet, but for first use we are pleased!
