I bought this formula maker in June 2024, I started using it on August 6th after I had my son. During the first use, the cover for the part that holds the powdered formula kept popping up and my husband had to hold it down for us to make the formula. We had to keep doing that on and off. I checked the settings for concentration and temperature for the brand of formula I was using and they correct based on the Comfyer’s website and app. On August 18th, was about 2 weeks of using machine, it dispensed formula tinged water. I stoped using it that night and started manually making the formula. I contacted the company and I have not received any response. My son’s constipation resolved after I started making the formula manually. I regret buying this product.
