Bought this office chair recently and I’m quite happy with it. The build quality feels solid, the cushioning is comfortable even after long hours of sitting, and the back support is really good. I have used many office chairs, but ASTRIDE Ergofit chair is by far the most comfortable and well-built. The adjustable lumbar support is a good for back and foam cushions are soft and resilient. Looks Good. Received a faulty tilted seat instead of returning back to amazon I called Astride as it had warranty. These people were amazing they sent me the faulty part in 4 days which I replaced and the tilt issue was gone. Only reason I am giving 4 star is back support doesn’t feel so good in this chair.It is a high back chair. You can assemble it if you have patience and follow the instructions. The side handles move upwards and downwards. I took the white colour just because it is the only option with metal base.

Good ergonomic office chair. Its sturdy and comfortable but lower back support is very weak. The lumber support provided is of no use to be honest its just of cheap quality plastic. Lower back hurts when we are setting for more than 2 hours continuously thats a downside

This chair is slightly bigger for my size but nevertheless its really good. The wheels are so smooth that it rolls away, if there was an adjustable mechanism to lock it in place it would have been great.
