Decent Starter Kit, but Some Room for Improvement
I recently tried out the St. Tropez Self Tan Express Starter Kit, intrigued by its promise of a streak-free finish and quick development time. At £11.20, the kit seemed like a reasonable investment for those new to self-tanning.The kit includes a 50ml bottle of Express Mousse and an applicator mitt, which is convenient for application. I appreciated the vegan, natural, and cruelty-free aspect of the product, aligning with my personal values.However, while the tan did develop within the specified 1-3 hours as advertised, I found the colour to be a bit uneven in certain areas, despite careful application. Additionally, the scent was quite strong, lingering even after showering, which was slightly off-putting.Overall, the St. Tropez Self Tan Express Starter Kit provides a decent introduction to self-tanning, but there are definitely areas for improvement in terms of achieving a more consistent colour and reducing the intensity of the scent.
