Liquidraw Proportional Divider Drawing Tool Scale Divider, Solid Brass 6"

I seldom bother to write reviews on Amazon but this is such a nice piece of kit I'll make an exception. This is a quality piece of detail engineering, solid brass & cheaper than most of the plastic products available. Shipping might be a trifle slow but worth waiting for, you won't be disappointed.

Great product very well made

Makes a pretty desk ornament but that’s all. As an artist I am constantly changing the gap between the pointers to transfer a drawing to a different size. Other artist’s dividers have holes in them so you can lock a ratio in and then just move the pointers as you wish. With these you have to make sure one side hasn’t slipped every time you change the pointer gap (and it normally has). It makes it easy to make a mistake and painfully slow to use. However, like I said, it looks nice. That’s about it.

I just received it today so I havent tried it yet but its small and well made and exactly what I wanted. I have a bigger wooden one that is too big so this one will be good when I draw smaller pictures.

Although the item itself is great, shipping took over 5 weeks and we therefore did not receive the item in time for christmas.

Not totally accurate but give a decent guideline

This is cheap and cheerful. The slide and pivot mechanism is of too poor a quality engineering wise to be of any technical use, although it would probably suffice as and aid to sketching.

Great product well made easy to use came in great time and well packaged would use this company again.

Achat satisfaisant, dommage qu'il ne soit pas compris une notice explicative. Sera utilisé pour dessin/peinture.
