Comfortable chair with great support
First off, I was disappointed to find a broken rubber ring (part of the foot rest slider). I was expecting to contact the seller after finishing assembling to request a spare. Then lo and behold I realised there's a separate compartment in the fixings pack with a spare of each type of bolt, cap, and even one of these rubber rings. Yes, the chair even came with a spare rubber ring. I was impressed by this.Assembling the chair was a little fiddly, with the instructions often glossing over key details. But this is common with any such product and anyone who's put stuff together before and takes a bit of time and patience will be fine. An example is the plastic covers over the back rest hinges. It takes a bit of "this doesn't feel quite right" to realise that you need to locate a spindle on the hinge with a hole in the cover. If you miss this detail, you can still bolt the two parts together, but they won't be properly aligned. This wasn't highlighted in the instructions.Having put it all together, I was a little surprised by just how firm the padding was. My old chair was a bit of an executive armchair, which was much more giving to sit in. Having said that, it all feels comfortable. I wasn't sure what I'd make of the neck and lumbar pillows. I've tried retrofitted lumbar pillows before and rejected them. The pillows with this chair both feel like they belong there. It's easy to adjust the height of the lumbar pillow, which pretty much stays put, held in place by the sides of the back. Even the neck pillow feels comfortable enough. Time will tell, but I have the feeling that in a normal working position, this is a very good combination of firmness, softness, and support. I feel comfortable and supported whilst sitting up without feeling like I'm slouching or sinking into poor posture. When reclining, though, the pillows and foot rest come into their own. In my old chair, reclining would force the small of my back down, which wasn't good for my spine. My legs also had no support. This chair solves all those problems. Unlike the fixed arms on my old chair, the arms on this fit easily under the desk. This was a bit of a bug bear with my old chair. All in all, this is a great chair. It should score highly in both comfort and posture/support. It's easy enough to assemble, and the spare bits were very much appreciated and point to the thought that went into design/production.I had two slight niggles. I'm not used to twisting arm rests, so I have the habit of pushing against them even getting out. Of course this makes them twist and move underneath you, undermining your balance. This is probably just a "get used to the difference" thing. I also found the casters were a little reluctant to change direction. Having pulled yourself up to the desk, it required more effort to persuade them to turn 90 degrees so you could shift position a little left or right. I actually want to perform this action of wiggling left or right quite often, so this quickly felt irksome. They may ease up over time, but I solved this particular niggle by swapping out the supplied casters with the ones from my old chair (ahh, old faithful, some of you lives on).I'll update this if I find any comfort issues after spending full days in the chair. Otherwise, assume I'm getting on great!

Very comfortable and well made.
Very comfortable and ergonomically made for good back and neck support. With many hours of gaming already done, the wide, long & soft base cusion has very good for hips, coxyx and bum too (semi-bucket). Haven't felt any fatigue or discomfort. With it still being pretty new (received and built 27/12/24) the back and height adjustment is still a bit stiff but hoping this will ease over time. Still moves freely and the chair is easily adjusted to suit height and back rest to your personal requirements. The suede finish is a really nice touch to set it apart from other gaming chairs I've looked at and goes well with where it's situated as well.Very well made and sturdy with great easy to follow instructions on how to build which took me about 45 minutes cause I wasn't rushing and wanted to enjoy the experience. Which I did and now happy as happy can be.I personally think this product is excellent value for money with what you get.Really hope this helps someone decide on a good, comfortable chair for their office or gaming as well.

A Quality chair for medium use requirements
I ordered this chair as from the photos it looked very comfortable for long stints of activity, I work from home and do 12 hour shifts, as well as in my spare time I like to game where I can have 2 - 4 hour sessions so I am seated fairly often. I can confirm that this chair holds up well in regards to comfortability, the seated area has a memory foam like material to it that hasn't warped in shape from what I can tell in the 3 months I've had it with excessive use. Building the chair itself was easy, took an hour at most and was ready to go. Overall for the money I cant complain the cushions provided offer enough lumbar support for casual gaming/working sessions, however for people who are as nit picky as myself I will go over some gripes that I have with the chair. The first thing I noticed once I had assembled the chair was how much 'Shift' there was in the seated area, as in if you lean back you can feel the entire top half of the chair move with you, which is a constant thought in the back of my mind as it doesn't just shift back, it shifts in any direction your are leaning your weight towards. Another issue I have found (which is probably to be expected, but still worth noting) is that the chair is now becoming creaky, especially with the 'Shift' issue mentioned above, bare in mind that this is after 3 months of HEAVY use and still it is not at the point where it's going to wake someone in another room or anything in that regard, I'm just stating where the issue lies at the moment and could possibly progress further. Other than that I have one main gripe which is something that effects me fairly often and that is the arm rests. The arm rests, once assembled are, in lack of better term, flimsy once assembled. I would much prefer a solid unit which have no movement at all (with a little better padding ;D ) as opposed to lone arm rest either side of you that can be manipulated to go away from you or towards you on a horizontal plain. Too often do I accidently move these arm rests with the slight movement/ adjustment which can almost send me falling off kilter unexpectedly. One other reason why I would like these arm rests to be one unit attached to the chair is that IF you are a gamer or deal with a lot of wires that are attached to your person, then expect this chair to snag any wires that may be floating about. As mentioned before, I game and wear a headset and the arm rest almost acts as a fishing hook with how often they can snag and pull wires, especially how the chair itself turns in a 360 motion you may not even realise you are pulling something off your desk before it's too late! An example of this would be my PS5 which is wired to my controller as it charges and sometimes i'll turn away from my desk and bring my controller flying or my PS5 sliding across my desk. The things mentioned above may not be an issue for some people but are worth noting for people who may find these things grinding on a daily basis. Overall, I would recommend the chair as I do not believe that most consumers will be using it to the extent I am or for the same reasons. This chair is brilliant for casual gaming and casual working 10/10. I was just highlighting issues after EXCESSIVE use in which case you may want to buy a more expensive, long standing chair.
