Technically this product is the great utility value. Where as unfortunatelly I have ordered and received a defective one and happend to be returned the same. Actually I asked for a replacement, but there is no stock available, hence returned the defective one. I want to buy this product again , whenever stock available. No product warranty support available in India
USB charging stopped working within 6 months, since it had 3 year warranty, on complaint product was picked up by the company, its already more than 2 month now, there is absolute no update from the company, now they have also stopped responding on mail inspite sending multiple reminders. No contact phone available to contact over for resolution.Seems company has no product warranty support available in India - better to avoid all Honeywell products as it makes no sense without warranty support.

Unable to plug back cable
Adding this review for the surge plug not the spike. I bought two such products. Very good for gifting though. The only problem i faced with this item is, that the plug points got closed and unable to plug the cable in. Had to send it back to the support team for repair. My suggestion would be, if Honeywell can also provide a small lever, by which we can open the socket, it would be good. Thanks
