Fridge door is faulty
I ordered a Krome two door Fridge from Amazon on Friday 7th March 2025 & received it today on Sunday 9th but the door of the Fridge is not working properly, it gets stuck while closing and makes a funny noise even before I power it on. I think it might have been damaged during transportations.I have tried to call the helpline but it seems the working hours r less on weekends. Need to exchange the product or have the door fixed

There is no beep sounds if kids keep it open for long time or left open mistakenly. Which causes ice to form on the fridge part ..Rest all is good
